Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed heavy residue build up inside of toilet located in classroom 10. Per conversation with ASEP coordinator children do not utilize that toilet. EHS advises center to have toilet cleaned. Observed brown ring staining within toilet bowls in girls and boys restroom located in hallway restrooms near ASEP classrooms. |
