The following rooms/areas were inspected: B9, B10, B11, B12, cafeteria, library, gym, B hall restrooms, D hall restrooms (preK), gym restrooms. 11. Observed quaternary sanitizer below 200ppm. Residue on inside of bottle neck was at 200pp. Ensure solution is at adequate concentration. Corrected during inspection. **Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solutions shall be maintained between 200 - 400 ppm. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (b)(5)(D)
