General Comments

Ms. Tiffany Davis was present during the inspection. The following rooms/areas were inspected: B9, B10, B11, B12, cafeteria, library, gym, B hall restrooms, D hall restrooms (preK), gym restrooms. NO POINTS ISSUED 22. Observed the classroom sinks were not supplied with soap and towels. Ms. Davis stated the restrooms and hand sinks were not used in the classroom, only the hallway restrooms. Advised to supply classroom sinks with soap and towels for use when needed. **Liquid soap and disposable towels shall be provided and accessible at all hand washing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (d).
