Ms. Sharlyne Perkins was present during the inspection. The following rooms/areas were inspected: Cafeteria, cafeteria restrooms, D hall restrooms, library, gym, gym restrooms, and rooms B1, B2, B3.#34 - Observed a fish bowl with rancid water. **All toys/equipment etc. accessible to the children must be kept clean.#48 - Observed several ant piles along the walkway leading to the gym. **Provide effective control of insects.
