Tiffany Davis was present during the inspection. The following rooms/areas were inspected: cafeteria, cafeteria restroom, media center, gym, gym restrooms, d hall restrooms, B1, B2, B3.#23 - Observed no hand washing sign was posted at the hand washing area in the girls cafeteria. Provided 2 hand washing signs. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at each hand washing area.#37 - Carpets were last cleaned on 8/23/2014#46 - No CCA treated wood.
