15A NCAC 18A .2812 (g) A testing method or equipment shall be used in accordance with the product manufacturer's instructions to test the strengths of sanitizing solutions to ensure the prescribed concentrations are met. Observed quart sanitizer solution in excess of 1000ppm. Director corrected sanitizer concentration to 200ppm during inspection. Ensure quart sanitizer concentration is between 200ppm and 400ppm. |

15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key.- Observed disinfectant sanitizer spray in aerosol can stored on the counter in art room. Observed custodian closet between boy and girl restroom across the cafeteria, left unlocked/broken. Cleaning chemicals inside this closet and hot water. The repair work order was placed, however the closet door has not been repaired yet. The closet door shall be repaired and kept locked during ASEP hours. |
