NOTE: - Observed custodian closet between girl and boys restrooms across cafeteria, was unlocked from a blue tape on the locking slot preventing locking due to mal-functionings lock. Director took a blue tape out and the closet is locked. The door has mark/damage from lock/unlock evidence. Ensure repair the lock and keep the closet locked at all time due to hot water and chemicals. - Director: Chernelle Samuel present during Inspection .
