General Comments

NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #29 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed cabinet in C5 with disinfectant wipes and aerosol cans. No children were in the room at the time of inspection. Lock is broken on cabinet and lock smith has been contacted to fix the lock. If lock cannot be fixed, EHS recommends having all hazardous products locked in storage closet. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #34 - Observed vacuuming needed on area rug in A1 and book bag crates in need of cleaning. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #39 - Observed light shield broken in A11 bathroom. **Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). Areas inspected included A1, A6, A11, C5, A hall bathrooms, gym, cafeteria, kitchen, media center, cafeteria bathrooms, and computer lab. NOTE: director Robyn stated that A7 and D3 are no longer being used.
