General Comments

NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: Areas inspected include: cafeteria, cafeteria restrooms, gym, media center, computer lab, A6, A7, D3, and A hall bathroom. EHS looked at rooms C5 and A11 to approve. EHS found that rooms are suitable for ASEP. Observed A11 classroom hand sink with water damage and debris underneath and chipped counter top. Re-caulking is also needed around the base of the hand sink and where the back splash meets the wall. Observed cracked light shied in A11 classroom bathroom. Observed excess Lysol wipes and cleaning supplies in low cabinets in A11. Ensure chemicals are relocated behind lock and key before using room for ASEP children.
