#2 Observed child not properly follow hand wash procedure. Turned faucet off with bare hands due to paper towels not present at dispenser at specific sink in art room .#23 Provide paper towels at all hand sinks. Observed paper towels across room in art room. #16 Observed no hot water present on A Hall. Provide tempered water for children ranging from 80 - 110F. #39 Unable to determine if lights in gym are shatterproof. Saw green writing on light tube but unable to determine. **Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 Ms. Efrid was present during inspection.
