Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d). Observed missing steps of diaper changing procedure. Gathered enough supply (wipes) at the beginning, so not to contaminate clean wipes in the box in the middle of changing process. Diaper changing procedures was posted at the changing station. Refer to steps as needed. |

Observed closet contains (cleaning products and all the hazardous which need to keep out of reach of children) in the bathroom left unlocked, The closet door must be locked at all time. |
