All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ). Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). Observed minor wear on wooden borders around playground. Keep a watchful eye to ensure no further damage that may result in children getting splinters while playing.
