Debbie Powell was present during the inspection.***Observed fire damage to the exterior porch leading to the playground. Home owners are repairing the structure themselves. No construction permits have been obtained. ***In the event of a fire, flood, water supply interruption, power outage, or similar event contact the local health department.***New water heater was installed June 2, 2014. 4500watts/80 gallon tank.#32 - Observed 2 inch mattresses have been added to the pack-n-plays used for napping. Manufacturer labeling prohibits adding mattress or padding to the units. This department recommends the use of cribs for napping. **Pack-N-play safety guide was issued.#37 - The carpets were last extraction cleaned on 5/9/2014.#46 - CCA treated wood was last sealed on 9/2/2013.
