General Comments

No deduction today: 48. Observed a bait trap accessible to the children in T2 classroom. Traps used to control vermin, insects, and rodents shall only be placed in areas inaccessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b). 49. Observed the bottom of the storage unit separating and sticking out on the large playground. Repair. Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). **NOTE: Cartons of milk brought in from home shall be labeled with name and date, and stored in the large (kitchen) refrigerator. (Discontinue storing them in the dorm sized refrigerators). Also, ensure the cartons of milk are returned home at the end of each week, and brought in unopened/new at the beginning of each week.** Thermometer calibration handout emailed and Illness handouts given. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Rachel present during the inspection. CV's #4 and 8 have been corrected.
