Observed fruit being washed at classroom food prep sink and was going to be cut in classroom. emailed sink usage guidance and fruit and vegetable washing guidelines.**Water from handwashing sinks shall not be used to prepare formula, mix dry cereals, or other foods.**Food preparation shall occur in the approved kitchen or at an approved food preparation area. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (a). |
