Product was out of reach and children were not in the room. **Keep all hazardous items behind lock and key.39: Unable to determine if CFL bulbs are shatterproof. Provide box or documentation that bulbs are such. **Keep all light bulbs shielded or shatterproof. CCA treated wood last sealed 9/2/13. Michele Cochran and Rachel Buechler present during inspection.
