General Comment: #12. WIpe/clean underside of shelving in walk-in cooler. #29. Observed container of Goo Gone stored on high shelving in 3's room. Director locked away goo gone at time of inspection. Store cleaning products/hazardous products locked away.***All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #44. Clean grounds within the dumpster corral and store large roll out trash bin so it does not hold or collect water.***Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). #49. Provide mulch on playground to cover clean out covers and to prevent a trip hazard. Observed damaged plastic covering on steps to playground fixture. Repair covering on steps or remove covering on steps and paint.***All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ). Mrs. Morrison present at time of inspection. **To whom it may concern, room 110(nursery) has been evaluated and approved by Mecklenburg County Environmental Health to be split into two separate classrooms with children divider down the middle. Room will be sharing (1) diaper changing table between the two classrooms. Room can be divided between infant and toddlers or infant/toddlers and 2's/3's. Daycare will still need to get approval from fire inspector and final approval from child daycare license consultant.***
