#7 Observed thermometer broken in fridge located in the middle storage area of main building. Replace thermometer.**All thermometers in refrigerators shall be stored in the warmest part of the refrigerator and located to be easily readable. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) (1).#11 Observed sanitizer registering above 200 ppm in main building bathroom. Sanitizer shall be maintained between 50-200 ppm **Prepare a wipe-on or spray-on sanitizer daily at 50 to 200 ppm chlorine. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (d)#21 Observed toilet backed up in main building bathroom. Toilet shall be serviced. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).#34 Observed toy maraca broken in K-3 room. Keep toys in good repair. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).#39 Observed light cover in need of replacement in K-3 room and some blinds with dust build up.**Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #48 Observed droppings found in middle storage area in main building in cabinets. Pest control comes out on a monthly basis and last time Orkin serviced was 5/15/15.**Keep the facility free of rodents, insects and vermin. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b).#49 Observed standing water in play bin on back deck.**Keep the property free of standing water. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b).Note: Door to Directors office shall be locked at all times if hazardous items are present. Kids were not present in back side of building at time of inspection. Ms. Joi White and Ms. Celina Gool were present during inspection.
