Thoroughly clean base of wall. Observed missing corner wall moulding near three year old room. Replace missing corner moulding. Observed hole in bathroom door in K-4 room. Patch hole in door and highly recommend staining bare wood door. Replace broken/damaged floor tile near entrance to k-4 room and in cafeteria area. Replace missing floor tile beside new dish machine.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |
