Repeat Non-Compliance: Observed the kitchen shut down due to a new water heater system being placed in to provide a constant temp of 120F minimum at the 3 compartment sink.The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).Box lunches are provided from the elementary school kitchen. |

-Observed the children in the K3 class sleeping less than 18" apart.Children must be spaced at least 18 inches apart or separated by a partition while napping. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (e).-Observed a few of the students sleeping on the cots without a sheet/towel covering the cot.Linens shall be large enough to cover the entire sleeping surface of mats, cots, and crib mattresses. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f).-Pest control treatment receipt dated: 3/17/2014.
