Replace pitted faucet fixtures on hand washing sinks throughout centers in classrooms and bathroom area. Repair slow draining hand washing sink in room 10. Properly repair leak around base of toilet in room 12. Caulking around the base of the toilet did not repair the leak. I recommend that someone check the wax ring on toilet plumbing fixture and replace if needed.

Observed wall damaged throughout classrooms in child care center. Repair corners of walls throughout center. Repaint throughout in rooms (doors and door ledges, etc.) REPAIR ANY AND ALL ROOF LEAKS; IMMEDIATELY! A visit was made to center on 12/30/2019 to address roof leaks and leaks still have not been addressed. Repair all roof leaks and replace water stained ceiling tiles throughout in classroom rooms and bathroom. Observed new leaks from previous visit. Observed ceiling tiles with microbial growth in Meck pre K 4 room. Replace ceiling tile with microbial growth. Replace missing floor tile around base of employee toilet. Replace missing floor tile where carpet has been removed and area floor rug is being used to cover area where the floor tiles are missing. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |
