General Comments

Ms. LeeAnn Present during inspection today. All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ). Observed burn marks on toddler playground. Operator stated that she found some fireworks in the parking lot a few days ago. It was determined that this was the possible cause. Repair or replace stairs to prevent injury. REPEAT VIOLATION Facility has gotten a quote to replace the stairs. Provisional items corrected since last inspection.
