NO POINTS #20-CRITICAL VIOLATION-Testing for lead in drinking water was due 10/20. #35-In areas where children are not toilet trained, small mouth contact toys shall be washed, rinsed, sanitized (submerged for 2 minutes), and allowed to air dry, after use and more frequently when visibly dirty. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a). Through discussion staff said they are using the disinfectant to spray toys. Toys cannot be disinfected, it leaves a residue behind that the children can transfer onto their hands. -Lead check swab negative-exterior window near exit door to playground
