Observed the batteries dead in both of the stem thermometers. Replace. *Provide a numerically scaled metal stem-type thermometer accurate to 2°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (h).
4. No Points Deducted: Observed the kitchen refrigerator at 55F. Milk at 55F. All foods were moved to the freezer and the refrigerators in the other building. The refrigerator service company visited & diagnosed the issue. They will return tomorrow to complete the work. DO NOT USE THE UNIT UNTIL IT READS 45F OR BELOW. *All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) |
