NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #21. Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed loose toilet seat in Tigers restroom. #29. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed aerosol air freshener stored in men's and women's restroom outside of indoor play area. *NOTE: Assistant Director Sekenah Green was present during time of inspection.
