NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING: #20. In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Observed no lead water sampling testing completed per NC state law. Center has until April 1, 2021 to come into compliance. #21. Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed toilet seat loose in downstairs restroom.
