No Points Deducted: Observed the water in the kitchen below 120F The facility has a leaking hot water heater and it will be replaced today, per owner. **VISIT WILL BE WITHIN 7 DAYS TO ENSURE THE WATER IS AT THE CORRECT TEMP. IF WATER IS NOT THE CORRECT TEMP, A PROVISIONAL WILL BE RECEIVED. The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). |
