Keep all food contact surfaces clean and in good repair. #13 Observed single service cups not covering mouth contact surface in 4's. Leave plastic sleeve covering mouth contact surfaces. #12 Observed underside of high chair tray collecting food debris in need of cleaning in infant room. Observed interior microwave in need of cleaning in 2's. Observed sticker tape present on topside of lid in kitchen. Remove all tape before placing in wash. Keep all food service equipment and non food contact surfaces clean and in good repair. #23 Observed soft cloth toys and other items stored under sink. Refrain from placing items under sink. #27 Observed caregiver wipe hands and child's hands after clean diaper was placed on child. Hands shall be wiped before clean diaper is placed on. Correct diaper change procedure in need of following. Observed some bottles with faded labeling. Bottles in need of relabeling. Clearly scribe "sanitizer" and "disinfectant". #49 Observed areas with sand present not covered. Cover all areas with sand present. Ms. Judy was present during inspection.
