General Comments

Judy Fennema was present during inspection. CCA Wood Treatment Date: 6/9/14#33 Observed stained sheet in infant room.**Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f).#21 Observed toilet seat loose in 2's room. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).#37 Observed wall behind sink in 2's with paint chipping, and small holes from where blackboard was previously placed on wall. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.#10 Observed 2 plastic cups/bowls with chipping on edges in need of repair or replacement. **Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned and sanitized after preparing raw foods, prior to preparing ready to eat foods, and after any interruption of operations in which contamination may have occurred. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (c ) and .2812 (b).*Carpets were extracted and hardwood floors were installed
