General Comments

-Children were not observed eating directly off of the high chair trays today. Observed single service plates and utensils. Per Ms. Carolyn, they eat off of the single service items now. (CV#8 has been corrected.) -A dish machine was placed in the kitchen area of the childcare. The pipes and wires have been boxed in and plumbed into the 2 compartment sink pipes. Per Ms. Carolyn, no permits or approval was obtained before the process was done. Ms. Carolyn was informed to contact her consultant.
