General Comments

No Points Deducted Today: 8. Observed children eating directly off of the high chair trays. Facility only has a two compartment sink- there is no way to clean the trays properly. Allow the children using the highchairs to also eat off of disposable plates. Follow the rule below. Child Care centers using multi-service utensils shall have a 2 compartment sink and a dishwasher. In lieu of a dishwasher and two-compartment sink, a three compartment sink of sufficient size and depth can be used. 15A NCAC 18A .2810 (a). 37. Observed the floor in front of the stove cracked with a gap. Fill in the gap and ensure it is smooth and easily cleanible. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
