-Observed some of the mattresses in the pack-n-plays not tight fitting.
All crib and play pens, used for sleeping, shall have an easily cleanable, waterproof, washable, firm, and tight fitting mattress that is at least 2 inches thick. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (b).
