#10 Observed debris present on underside of high chair tray. **Highchair feeding trays, shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e).#27 Observed 2 sets of water spray bottles not labeled that were locked in storage closet in pre k 2, preschool room. **All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). #28 Observed 1 First Aid Kit with medication present. First Aid Kit was in sight of instructor and removed during inspection.
