Needs to be repaired. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 29. Observed janitor closet unlocked. Closet door was locked due to chemicals being stored in the closet. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 37. Observed touch up paint needed in the school age room. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
