General Comment: #21. Wipe/clean edge of stall fixture framing in girls bathroom. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #29. Observed chemical cabinet door not properly latched in infant room. Chemical cabinet door properly latched at time of inspection. Cabinet contained an aerosol spray can of air freshener. INFORM TEACHER TO DOUBLE CHECK LOCKED CABINET DOORS! ***All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #37. Replace damaged electrical outlet cover in room that is not being used! Wipe/clean wall behind counter top in kitchen. THANKS FOR REPAINTING THROUGHOUT ENTIRE DAYCARE! #44. Observed outdoor can wash outside of kitchen back door clogged. Unclog can wash located outside of kitchen back door. Daycare/church does not use outside can wash. Church/daycare uses can wash in janitor closet located in hallway near kitchen/hallway bathroom.**Maintain a fully operating can wash or mop sink at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (b). #49. Tightly secure base of playground fencing.**Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
