General Comment: #5.Observed opened box of large gold fish stored in pantry area taped at the top. Store opened packages of dry food products in sealabe container, labeled and kept clean. Corrected at time of inspection.**All food shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e). #13. Observed case of plastic cup stored on the floor in daycare storage room. Store and handle single service articles in or on clean area and in a manner to prevent contamination. Case of cups stored off the floor at time of inspection. #23. Observed toy train fixture stored in toddler bathroom. No storage in bathroom except toileting and diaper changing items. Toy train fixture removed from bathroom at time of inspection.**Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Replace damaged floor tile near day care storage room. Observed holes around window area where piping to stand along air conditioner unit come into building. Seal gaps around piping. Lead swab tests was performed on door framing, janitor closet door and window sills.
