General Comment:#12.Observed large piece of ice forming in top of infant freezer/refrigeration unit. Defrost and clean ice from freezer unit. Wipe/clean exterior of cabinet doors and dry storage bins in kitchen.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #30. Observed sanitizer bottle in kitchen not labeled at time of inspection. Sanitizer bottle labeled at time of inspection.**All sanitizing solutions shall be labeled with the word "sanitizer". 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (c ). #34. Wipe/clean underside edge of table and chairs in toddler and 2's room. Tightly secure back on kitchenette set in 4's room.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #32. Damaged cot that was damaged along seam in 2's and 4's classroom discarded at time of inspection.**Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). #38. Observed light fixture in hallway near office not operating. Repair light fixture or replace bulbs in light fixture.**Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
