15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) (e) Hot water used for cleaning and sanitizing utensils and laundry shall be provided at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit at the point of use. Observed hot water in kitchen only reaching 116 after water running for 10 minutes. Needs to reach 120F. PROVISIONAL ITEM.
Director stated facility replaced water heater before January which may have been causing water temperature issues in facility. Facility is to have temperatures adjusted. |
