Observed laminate coating on toilet seat worn and wearing off.***Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #27. Diaper changing pad with small tear removed from diaper changing table in infant 1 classroom at time of inspection. Touch-up paint border on diaper changing table in infant 2 classroom.***Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b).
