General Comment: #30. Observed sunscreen not properly stored in room near office, room is being used by church to operate a school age summer camp. Sunscreen properly stored at time of inspection.***Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5 ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d). #37. Monitor and repair cracked floor tile in infant room near transitional floor molding.***Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #49. Observed paint missing and coming off of some playground fixture. Repaint playground fixtures paint is missing and coming off.***All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ). Mrs. Wendy Howell and Mrs. Shea Fitzhenry present at time of inspection.
