5: Was told by staff in room 2 that bottles are warmed in the microwave. **DO not use microwaves to warm baby food or bottles. Opened bag of sugar not sealed. **Seal all foods in zip lock bags or bins once opened. 21: Staff in room 6 must go to a food prep hand washing sink OR change the use of the hall restroom sink by spraying the sink with disinfectant prior to washing their hands before serving snacks. Staff in room 4 must go to the kitchen hand washing sink or room 3 food prep hand sink prior to serving snacks. 37: Repair damaged flooring in room 1.
