-Observed chipping paint on shelves, walls, window sills, doors, etc in several rooms throughout the facility. Repaint. Lead check swab used- Negative. *Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
-Observed the restroom vent fan not working in the 2's room. Absorbent ceiling tiles present. Repair the vent fan or provide non-absorbent ceiling tiles.
Ceilings in rooms in which food is stored, handled or prepared, utensil-washing rooms, and toilet rooms shall be non-absorbent. 15A NCAC 18A .2825 (b). |
