NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #29 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed one can of Aerosol Mod Podge being stored in back of high cabinet, unlocked in fours classroom. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). All other violations mentioned on last inspection and not on this inspection have been resolved. Critical violation #17 has been resolved. Facility has installed new hot water heater and new tempering device. All water temperatures were well within range of (80F-110F). Disapproved status lifted.
