Observed missing and flaking paint on shelving in Tk room. Repaint or replace shelving in TK room. Observed cabinet doors soiled in 3's and 4"s room. Thoroughly clean cabinet doors. Observed damaged top on toy in music center in trans 2 room. Repair lid on top of toy fixture and remove any protruding screws or nails. Tightly secure and seal backs plash to counter top in trans toddler room. Seal gap around window ac unit in TK room and clean window ledge around ac unit. Repair ceiling tile and loose rubber cove base moulding in trans 2 room. Touch-up paint doors where paint is chipping/flaking off.
