No points deducted: #29- Hazardous chemicals such as bleach must be locked in a separate room or lock box per the State. #7-Observed thermometer taped to back wall inside refrigerator in 1437. Thermometers must be placed in warmest part of the refrigerator(front). #33- Observed 2 ripped sheets in 1439 infants room.
