General Comments

No demerits were issued for the following: 25. Observed no soapy water at diaper changing stations. Per conversations with staff, cleaner/disinfectant was being used by some as “soapy water”. Informed Director to keep cleaner/disinfectant locked being that it was more a chemical due to it being a cleaner as well. Center should be using soapy water as cleaner and continue to use bleach disinfectant which is currently being made. CRITICAL VIOLATION **The diaper changing surface shall be properly disinfected between each child. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ).
