NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #5. Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a). Observed opened bag of cereal in infant room sealed with a tie in the bag. Store all food according to rule 15 NCAC 18A ,2806 (a). #11. Prepare a wipe-on or spray-on sanitizer daily at 50 to 200 ppm chlorine. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (d). Observed spray bottle labeled sanitizer in infant/toddler room 3 near diaper changing station measuring at 1000ppm.
