GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #32. Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). Observed mats fraying in 3's classrooms. Since last inspection Director has ordered new mats and are awaiting on their arrival since to center. *NOTE: Director Ms. Jennifer was present during time of inspection and report was emailed to her at: jhirst@pritchardchurch.com
