General Comments

NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #12 - Observed build-up on the can opener blade in the kitchen. #19 - Observed water fountain by the school aged room with low water pressure. Increase water pressure. #26 - Observed disinfectant in infant room that was on the border of 500 ppm chlorine. Disinfectant gets a lot of sun throughout the day. Test disinfectant regularly to ensure it is a the proper concentration. **Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7). #29 - Observed air fresheners in the gym girls and boys bathrooms. The gym is not licensed space and no children were present in the gym at the time of inspection. The gym is an alternate play area for when it rains. Inspection was led by Savannah Parker and supervised by Stephen Graham.

Observed non-shatterproof bulbs without shielding in the main hall storage closet. Observed lights in the 2 year old room blinking. Director stated light bulbs are changed regularly.
