Provide new thermometer or recalibrate thermometer. **Provide a numerically scaled metal stem-type thermometer accurate to 2°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (h) #23 Observed toilet tissue and other items stored under care room sinks throughout facility. Items shall not be stored under exposed sewer lines. Observed hand washing sign missing from girls restroom. Post hand washing sign. **Handwashing sinks must be free of storage. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) #25 Observed disinfectant was below 500 parts per million in infant room. Disinfectant shall register over 500 parts per million to ensure proper cleaning of diaper changing table. **The diaper changing surface shall be properly disinfected between each child. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ). #26 Observed disinfectant was below 500 parts per million in infant room at diaper changing table. Diaper change process was revisited on site.
